Concordia University Chicago's 2027–2029 Strategic Plan is a focused, measurable roadmap that advances our Christ-centered mission and moves us decisively toward our long-term strategic vision. Built on three interconnected priorities — academic excellence; enrollment, student success and stewardship; and philanthropy — the plan positions CUC to expand its regional and national impact while developing long-term financial independence.
Focused: Academic Excellence
Academic excellence is central to Concordia University Chicago's mission and future. This goal enhances CUC's reputation for academic excellence with Christ at the Center, with strategic emphasis on high-demand, mission-aligned programs in Health, Sciences, and Technology (HST) — preparing graduates to serve the Church, their families, their communities, and the world with knowledge, compassion, and purpose.
