Mary-Carol Riehs supports the university library by managing electronic resources and cataloging materials. She also provides reference and research assistance, oversees interlibrary loan services, and conducts both classroom and individual instruction sessions.
Before joining Concordia University Chicago, she served as a theological librarian at a seminary. Mary-Carol holds an undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in theatre and remains active in the fine arts as a performing artist, storyteller, and singer. She also serves as a board member for a theatre company and as a dramaturg. In addition, she is a board member of the pipe organ society at her church.
