Christina Ray proudly supports the CougarNet Helpdesk at Concordia University Chicago, where the team is dedicated to assisting students, faculty, and staff with technology needs and general university-related inquiries.
Services include website navigation, course access, user profile setup, and computer troubleshooting. In addition to Helpdesk support, Christina also oversees the University’s Print Services and manages the creation of University ID cards—both available through the CougarNet Helpdesk. She is always happy to help and welcomes anyone with questions to stop by for assistance.
