Kate Thoelke is a doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership Non K12 at Concordia University Chicago (CUC). She earned both her bachelor’s degree (’96, DPM) and master’s degree (’20, Educational Administration) from CUC. Throughout her career, she has served the Lutheran church as a church music director, teacher, and school principal in the Midwest and most recently in Texas.
She currently serves as a Philanthropy Advisor for Leadership Giving, where she focuses on strategic development and major donor relations. In fall 2026, she will also serve as an adjunct professor in the College of Theology, Arts, and Humanities CLED program, mentoring the next generation of leaders.
