Professor Huss has been a member of Concordia’s faculty since 2007 and teaches a variety of art courses including: Painting, Digital Photography, Drawing and Figure Drawing.

As part of three faculty grants, her studio was open to the public on CUC’s campus for Artist in Residence, an interactive experience inviting viewers to see how Huss creates art, learn about processes and ask questions about the concepts presented in her work. Shifting back and forth between intersecting regions of drawing, painting, photography, fiber, sculpture and installation, various connections are made to the fragility and vulnerability of nature. Huss exhibits nationally and internationally. Most recently, her art was featured in the Union League Club Chicago, Rome Art Week and Berlin Art Week, in addition to being inducted into the art collections at CUC and the Garrett Museum of Art.
