Carol Jabs has had the privilege of teaching and serving at Concordia University Chicago for more than forty years. During her tenure, she has witnessed and embraced many changes within the institution while remaining deeply committed to its mission and to the students it serves.


A licensed clinical social worker and licensed marriage and family therapist, Jabs has maintained an active clinical practice for fifty years. She is passionate about the profession of social work and dedicated to preparing the next generation of social workers through her teaching, mentorship, and professional example.
