Carla Tschiniak teaches professional and fundamental nursing concepts in both lecture and clinical settings to sophomore nursing students in their first year of study. With more than 16 years of nursing experience, she has cared for patients across the lifespan—from newborns to older adults—in a variety of healthcare environments, always recognizing the value and dignity of each life.

Guided by her faith, Carla’s nursing practice has been shaped by the love and compassion of Jesus Christ, enabling her to serve with empathy, integrity, and purpose. Her graduate studies in women’s healthcare further strengthened her ability to support women through every stage of life. She is honored to bring Christ-centered care and a heart for service into the classroom, preparing the next generation of nurses for meaningful and compassionate practice.
