Alicia Hernandez Grande is an instructional designer and educator dedicated to helping faculty integrate artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and learner-centered design into their teaching.


At Concordia University Chicago, she also teaches introductory composition and English courses, guiding students in developing strong communication skills and fostering a love for literature. With more than a decade of experience in curriculum design and faculty support, Hernandez Grande is passionate about creating engaging, future-ready learning experiences that connect innovation with meaningful pedagogy.
