Dr. Steinmann taught at CUC from 2000 to 2023. He remains an active scholar.


His research interests are Hebrew and Aramaic languages, apocalyptic literature, wisdom literature, the books of Genesis and Daniel, and biblical chronology. He has authored over 20 books and over 50 peer-reviewed journal articles and book reviews. A complete list of his publications can be found online.
