Alan Simon, EdD
Associate Professor of Educational Leadership
College of Graduate and Innovative Programs
Dr. Simon teaches graduate level courses focusing on school organization and personnel, school community relations, supervision and instructional leadership. He is also advises doctorate students. Before joining Concordia’s faculty, he served as teacher, principal and superintendent. He also serves as an adjunct professor at University of Illinois, National-Louis University, Aurora University and Northeastern University. Dr. Simon has been a member of Concordia’s faculty since 2006.
