Dr. Wanda Foster teaches Principles of Management, Finance, Corporate Finance and Business Ethics. Her areas of expertise include transition of professionals into management and management of healthcare organizations. Dr. Foster’s current research is in business ethics, organizational behavior and leadership.
She served as the department chair for the College of Business. Prior to serving at Concordia-Chicago, Dr. Foster worked as the director of the bachelor in healthcare management program at Calumet College of St. Joseph. She also has corporate experience at Baxter and SANOFI International corporations and has worked at Kallestad in the diagnostic division. Dr. Foster has been a member of Concordia-Chicago’s faculty since 2006.

In the past, Dr. Foster served as Chair for the College of Business. Prior to Concordia University Chicago, Dr. Foster was the Director for the Healthcare Management Program at Calumet College of St. Joseph. She also worked in corporate marketing with the following firms; Baxter International - Diagnostics Division, VITAS Hospice and Sanofi - Kallestad Division.
Dr. Foster teaches management, business ethics, and leadership courses in the undergraduate and M.B.A. programs in the College of Business. Professor Foster has also taught ethical leadership for the Concordia Honors Program. Aside from teaching, Dr. Foster directs the College of Business internship program for undergraduate students. Professor Foster's research interests relate to behavioral changes in individuals and organizations to improve moral behavior.
