Dr. Gracianette's business experience comprehends sales, merchandising, marketing, strategic management and consulting positions across multiple industries.


For the past eight years, Dr. Gracianette served as a Marketing/Business Strategy professor for Concordia University, Portland. From 2012 to 2015, he also served as MBA Program Director, a position in which he co-led IACBE to ACBSP transition, and managed the expansion of the MBA program from a single to multiple modality format. He also led the development of twenty-five MBA courses, while teaching multiple undergraduate and MBA classes, while managing a partnership with Soochow University in Suzhou, China. Prior to joining Concordia, Alain served as Chair of the MBA Department at Marylhurst University, having business accreditation reporting responsibility for five MBA programs encompassing 700+ MBA students.
