Please note that participation in Commencement does not guarantee receipt of your degree. At the close of your final semester, and in the weeks following commencement, the Registrar conducts an audit on all coursework completed to determine if all degree requirements have been met. Degrees and diplomas are then issued upon the successful completion of this audit.

Diplomas will be mailed after the commencement ceremony, once the final course audits have been completed by the Registrar. All payments to your student account must be paid in full prior to receiving your diploma. Please note that CUC uses a third-party vendor to fulfill diploma production.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the University will be unable to host Grad Images to take undergraduate student commencement photos/portraits. CUC continues to work with Grad Images to discuss possible virtual solutions and will communicate future options to affected students.

Jostens, our vendor for commencement regalia, has joined with CUC's Barnes & Noble Bookstore to offer many personalized, commencement-related products.

Visit www.jostens.com, select the “College Products and Info” link and search “Concordia University Chicago” to find options for custom diploma frames and personalized graduation announcements that feature your name, graduation date, time and location.

Select items are also on display and for sale at the campus Barnes & Noble Bookstore, located in the lower level of the Koehneke Community Center.
