Methods of Payment
Payments may be made in person, by mail, over the telephone, online as a one-time payment in full or with a monthly tuition payment plan.
Payments made in person may be made via cash, money order, personal check or credit card with no additional fee. Concordia University Chicago accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Payments can be mailed directly to the University. These must be in the form of a personal check, money order or cashier’s check made payable to: Concordia University Chicago, ATTN: Student Business Services, 7400 Augusta Street, River Forest, IL 60305.
Payments by telephone must be made via credit card. Credit card payments over the telephone will be subject to a 2.75% convenience fee to be added to the total amount being paid.
Online payments must be in the form of either a bank account (ACH) transaction (at no additional cost) or credit card. Any online credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.75% convenience fee based on the total amount of your payment.

For Electronic Check / ACH payments:
Monthly tuition payment plan. Students may sign up for a monthly tuition payment plan through Touchnet, a third-party provider. To sign up for this service, please visit this link: Touchnet. You will have the choice of selecting one semester or you may estimate what your expenses will be for the entire year and take advantage of the annual plan. You may begin either plan as early as April and may have up to 12 months to pay (will vary depending on payment plan selected and date payment plan was completed). By setting up the payment plan early, you will reduce the amount of your monthly payment and have more time to spread out your payments.
