About Us

Concordia University Chicago’s Instructional Design team provides instructional design and consulting services, answering today’s demand for customized learning experiences. We serve education institutions, non-profit organizations, and businesses, both nationally and internationally.

Our expertise lies in all parts of the instructional design process: assessing learner needs, working with subject matter experts, designing online and blended courses, training facilitators and teachers for online instruction, and evaluating outcomes.
