Join us Friday, March 26, 2010 as Concordia University Chicago hosts the eighth Community Awards for Excellence in Learning and Leadership honoring outstanding community leaders for their extraordinary service to our community.

Established in 2003, the Community Awards for Excellence recognize outstanding leaders from Oak Park, River Forest, Forest Park, Melrose Park, Maywood and surrounding communities who have contributed significantly to community leadership, education and humanitarianism. The program also raises funds to provide need-based scholarships for local students attending Concordia.

Founded in 1864, Concordia University Chicago is a comprehensive liberal arts-based Christian university in the Lutheran tradition.
