| Werner Auditorium is a proscenium space dedicated to bringing
large scale productions to life. Many off campus groups utilize
this space in conjunction with our campus chapel. |

| Bergmann Theatre provides a more intimate setting for smaller scale productions, student one-acts, as well as space for classroom lab opportunities. As a truly flexible performance space, past productions have enjoyed arena, alley and proscenium stagings. |
Outstanding Location
Concordia University is located in River Forest, Illinois. River Forest is surrounded by stately homes with a 15-minute train ride to Chicago's Loop.
Cultural activities abound in the Chicago metropolitan area. Theatre lovers enjoy nationally regarded playhouses such as The Goodman Theatre, Steppenwolf Theatre, and the Chicago Shakespeare Theatre.
Broadway touring shows are a favorite among our students. Playhouses such as The Auditorium, the Lyric Opera House, and the Ford Center are just a few of the many venues hosting shows like "Les Mis" and "Phantom of the Opera" from its origins in New York.
