Adult Degree Completion, Part-time Undergraduate, Commuter Graduate Students and Part-time Graduate Students |
| All full-time undergraduate students and graduate students living on campus are automatically enrolled in Parts A and B of the Student Accident and Sickness Insurance Plan.
This portion of the plan will be provided to you at the expense of Concordia University. Its low deductibles should help make medical coverage more accessible and/or cheaper to all students, even if the students already have comprehensive medical coverage through another source. A Major Medical Plan will also be provided in which all full-time undergraduate students and resident graduate students will be required to enroll in and pay for unless students confirm via online waiver form that they are covered by another major medical plan which meets the requirements of the university. The premium for this plan is automatically billed to the student upon class registration and will only be removed if proof of another plan is given by the deadline. Contact Student Services at 708-209-3005 with any questions. |
All Adult Degree Completion Students, Part-time Undergraduate Students, Commuter Graduate Students and Part-time Graduate Students are not required to enroll in the Student Accident and Sickness Insurance Plan. Students in these categories, however, may elect to seek coverage through the plan and should contact Student Services at 708-209-3005 to obtain information on coverage and premiums. |
