Thanks for contacting us regarding a visit from one of our Concordia Youth Ministry teams. We're looking forward to working with your congregation in the spread of the Gospel through lock-ins, concerts, servant events and retreats with youth. Please fill out the following on-line request form as thoroughly as possible, and we'll get in touch with you in the next couple of weeks concerning a visit from one of our teams.

Requesting a Date for a CYM Team Visit:
It is very important that you request a team no less than 6 weeks before an event. Student schedules are often difficult to coordinate, so we can't always guarantee you'll get the date you request. The earlier we receive this information, the easier it will be to fix a date. Be sure and check Concordia's academic calendar, as teams are not available during student breaks or during the summer months.

Cost for Having a Team:
We need your help in deferring the cost of having a team travel to your congregation. We ask for a $50 donation, plus $0.40 per mile, per vehicle (1 or 2 vehicles depending on team size). Click here to get mileage estimate from Rand McNally.
