The Résonanz Ensemble
Résonanz is the group formerly known as “Chapel Band”, which serves the worship life at Concordia by leading “contemporary”, or alternative music. Under the direction of Tim Eisman, the group has developed into an outstanding ensemble that defies classification. Résonanz is not your standard church “Praise Band”. Concordia’s most talented students employ a number of classical and contemporary instruments, producing an excellence worthy of the University’s reputation. Creative, sensitive, and stimulating, this group seeks to glorify God by achieving the highest of musical standards through a number of alternative styles.
