Borrower IDs
The Concordia ID issued by Information Technology Services functions as a library card. It does not display the library borrower ID. Patrons need the borrower ID to request materials as well as to renew them in the library online catalog. Your library borrower ID is in the following format:
24211 followed by your nine-character "H number."
EXAMPLE: 24211H88888888.
Contact Access Services, (708) 209-3057 or toll free (866) 733-8287 if your Concordia ID does not work as the borrower ID.
Delivery of Books and Dissertations to Out of State Students
Since you are off campus, it is important for you to check out your local public, academic, or research libraries before submitting delivery requests to the Klinck Memorial Library. This may reduce turnaround time.
To request books and dissertations found in the Klinck Memorial Library online catalog, I-Share, or in others miscellaneous sources click here.
I-Share is a catalog that provides information about the collections of 76 academic and research libraries in Illinois.
Books and dissertations can be delivered to borrowers and returned to the Klinck Memorial Library via mail. Borrowers are responsible for return postage and for materials lost in the mail.
The Renew Books/My Account feature of the library's online catalog allows borrowers to renew items from the Klinck Memorial Library and I-Share electronically. Borrowers may also request renewals by e-mail and phone (708) 209-3050, toll free (866) 733-8287. Items recalled by other patrons may not be renewed.
