Dr. Kalbfleisch publishes widely in the area of mentoring and personal relationships. She is particularly concerned with helping members of disadvantaged and underrepresented groups find mentors and sources of social support.
In addition to serving as Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences, Dr. Kalbfleisch teaches courses in communication and psychology. She joined Concordia University Chicago in 2012.
