Student Billing and Call Detail

The cost of Band C local calls and all long distance and international calls made using his or her Authorization Code is charged to the student's University account on a monthly basis.  Telephone charges are subject to the same payment requirements as any other Concordia University charge.  The University reserves the right to deactivate an Authorization Code if the student's financial account becomes past due.

A monthly report detailing all calls charged against the student's Authorization Code will be posted on a secure internet site: https://telephone.cuchicago.edu/telecomm_bills.  Students may access their personal reports by using their Banner identification number (H-number) as the user ID and their Authorization Code as the password.  An email to the student's Concordia University email account will be the SOLE notification that these charges have been posted on the web as well as to the student's University account.  The student is then responsible for paying the applicable charges with Business Services by the date indicated on the call detail report (generally three weeks after charges are posted).  Any questions regarding the charges should be immediately brought to the attention of the Telecommunications Office and Business Services.
