Generally, someone is available to provide new or replacement cards between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. weekdays.  To ensure prompt service, please call before stopping by.  Early evening appointments (up until 6:00) can be scheduled in advance.  For those who cannot be on campus until later in the evening or at all, a non-photo ID can be created and mailed to you.  Please call the office at 708-488-4105 to make these arrangements.

While there is no charge for the initial card or for damaged or broken cards that are produced for replacement, there is a $25 charge for replacing a lost card.

Your Campus Card:

  1. identifies you as a member of the Concordia University community;
  2. serves as your meal ticket if you purchase a meal plan through Sodexho Campus Services;
  3. functions as your library card, usable in Concordia's library as well as in other academic and community libraries;
  4. may be used in vending machines and laundry facilities on campus if you add cash to it in one of the three "cash-to-card" machines on campus: next to the main desk in the Koehneke Community Center, in the Brohm vending room, and in the lobby outside the Security Office in Addison Hall.  (Please note that the only record of these deposits is on the card itself, so you are encouraged to carry only small balances on your card in case of loss, theft or damage to the card.)
