• As a PROGRAM, to enjoy and interact with Concordia and local communities.
• As a TEAM, to enjoy and interact with other athletes, students, staff and faculty on campus.
• As INDIVIDUALS, to enjoy and interact with all of those involved in the football program.

III: GROW

• As a PROGRAM, to become one of the most well-known and respected Christian football programs in the country.
• As a TEAM, to grow as one unit athletically, unselfishly and spiritually.
