Matt graduated with a B.A. in Theology along with minors in Psychology and Music in 2006 from Concordia University Chicago. Before accepting his position as an Undergraduate Admission Counselor here at Concordia, he worked with Young Life, a not-for-profit outreach to middle school and high school aged students. Being an alumnus of Concordia; he enjoys having the chance to help prospective students find their place in a campus community that proved to be so beneficial for him. He is a member of the Illinois Association of College Admission Counseling (IACAC). In his free time he enjoys volunteering with Young Life and Breakthrough Urban Ministries, playing tennis and music, and traveling with friends.
