MBA students meet with McDonald's execs
Students from the MBA Competitive Strategy class and College of Business Club attended the May 24, 2012 McDonald's annual shareholders meeting in Oak Brook, Illinois.
After observing the shareholders meeting, the students had the opportunity to spend time with members of the McDonald's strategy team and learn more about how McDonald's goes to market and how it creates and leverages its competitive strategy in the marketplace. The opportunity was well received by the students and gave them an opportunity to interact with McDonalds executives.
McDonald's is number 111 on the Fortune 500 list and generated nearly $7 billion in revenues in 2011.
