Contest Rules & Details

One entry per person per month. Participant may re-enter monthly.

Participation in promotion is via website entry only.

One winner will be drawn each month during the length of the promotion.
Winner will be notified via email and phone. Winner must contact the College of Business via email or phone within 30 days to claim their prize.

Promotion will continue through January 2009.

To be considered for the current month’s drawing, name must be entered by 11:59 p.m. CST on the last day of the month. If participant does not meet these qualifications, he/she will be included in next month’s drawing.

Winner will receive an 8 GB. IPod Touch engraved with “Concordia University Chicago College of Business.” The product comes with a one year manufacturer’s warranty from date of shipment.

Any relevant tax implications will be the responsibility of the Winner.

Winner is not eligible for cash and may not redeem the prize for other products.

Product is not able to be returned unless DOA [dead on arrival]. In which case, the product may be returned or serviced under manufacturer’s warranty via Apple Inc©.

Concordia University Chicago’s College of Business will not assume any responsibility after the product has shipped.
