Facilities

The music department is housed in Kretzmann Hall, the fine arts building.
Kretzmann is equipped with two rehearsal/recital rooms:

McCormick Recital Hall for choral and

The Band Room for instrumental ensembles.

In addition, 25 practice rooms are available, and for those who are keyboard enthusiasts, there are five pipe organs and 35 practice pianos.

The newest addition to the music facilities is the Martha Gast Memorial Computer Lab. This lab sports 10 Roland XP-10 keyboards with MIDI connection to 10 PC's; all for use in the music technology course and for supplemental work in other music classes.
