Dr. Santin teaches graduate level courses focusing on developing human capital, organizational change, leadership theories and professional practice as well as promoting and leading change. She is an expert in the areas of developing learning communities, curriculum development, instruction and online faculty training.
Previously Dr. Santin has served as president, provost and vice president at Northcentral University. She also held positions as dean of leadership studies at Nova Southeastern University’s Fischler Graduate School and associate dean of the Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University.
Currently, she serves as a peer reviewer and read for Holcomb Hathaway Publishers and as vice president, executive director and peer reviewer for The eLearning Institute.
