Natural Sciences and Geography
Dr. Trueman teaches various science courses, including Biology in the World Today; Concepts in Chemistry and Biology; Introduction to Sustainability; General Ecology; Regulations of Biological Systems. She encourages student involvement through projects such as soil and water research, GIS and GPS tracking. Focusing on learning experiences outside the traditional classroom setting, Dr. Trueman has traveled with students to Biosphere 2, the Grand Canyon and the Sonoran Desert Museum in Arizona.
